I'm writing this blog for the beginning cook. Everyone was a beginning cook at some time, and I hope it answers a lot of the questions I had. I love to cook and bake, and I want to share my enthusiasm. Cooking is truly my passion, and I want to help you make it yours. I hope this blog inspires you. I have been in the kitchen end of the restaurant business for about 20 years, and my favorite thing to do in the kitchen is teach other people how to cook. I want to help you find that place I find when I cook and bake~a place where I belong, where I feel totally at home,a place where I know I am doing what I was put here to do.
